In accordance with Legal Notice 300 of 2017 ( S.L.549.83 ) any activity with more than 20 people in attendance requires a permit for the activity to go ahead. A permit can be obtained by downloading the relevant application form, filling this in and sending it back to us.
The Environment Resources Authority (ERA) and Mellieha Local Council may also need to be consulted. This is dependent on the required permit for the activity in question.
We would appreciate it if you could fill out the application form as all activities on the beach or in the Park need to be assessed and approved beforehand. Please try to include as much detail as possible about the kinds of activities involved. Also note that there may be a fee and deposit depending on the number of people, activities and equipment used.
Please note that no objection permits may take between 2 and 14 working days to be issued by Il-Majjistral Nature and History Park.
